Comet 3I/ATLAS – which some theorize is an alien spacecraft – has detected unusual X-ray emissions. The European Space Agency (ESA) website calls this radiation a “fire beacon.”

The image was taken by the ESA XMM-Newton spacecraft. It should be emphasized that in the center of the photo there is a bright red spot, similar to a fiery lighthouse, standing out against a dark background. It is surrounded by purple and blue gradients.
Previously, there was information that the comet still retained a rare dust-proof tail.
Previously, the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences announced that 3I/ATLAS could reach Jupiter on March 16, 2026. “Jupiter's transit, even when stripped of conspiracy theories, remains one of the most remarkable features of 3I/ATLAS orbit,” the researchers noted.
