Roskomnadzor, after users complained about Telegram's activities, spoke out about restrictions on the messaging application. The ministry's comments are published RIA Novosti.

“Currently, no new restrictions are applied to this service,” Roskomnadzor said.
On December 11 and 12, several Telegram channels wrote about alleged problems with the messaging app in Russia. The bug detection tool “Sboy.RF” logged more than a thousand service complaints in two days. Most reports of failures come from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar Territory.
