Organizing the protection of Austria's digital rights, Noyb has a complaint against Chinese companies Aliexpress, Tiktok and Wechat, accusing them violating the European Union's law to protect personal data.

The nature of the complaint is that these platforms do not provide users with full access to the information collected about them, at the request of general regulations to protect data (GDPR). According to Noyb's lawyers, companies intentionally get personal data, although they are required to do this on the first request.
Although many technology companies, including Americans, have introduced special data to download data, some Chinese services, according to activists, are evading the implementation of the requirements of the law.
Noyb, known for its problems with Apple and alphabet, previously achieved the beginning of investigations and applied dollar fines. Now her attention focuses on Chinese platforms to receive more and more users in Europe.
