Musician Vladimir Bocharov passed away on February 18. The author of famous hits Mikhail Krug has been seriously ill since he was 18 years old.

Vladimir Bocharov, known as the creator of Mikhail Krug's hits, died at the age of 51 from cancer. Colleague and singer Lyubov Shepilova spoke about another of his serious illnesses.
Since the age of 18, the male singer has been in a wheelchair. Bocharov was seriously injured while bungee jumping – his head hit the river bottom. Vladimir underwent many surgeries, but he was never able to fully recover. Also, the doctors let him down one day when they transferred him to a chair.
Bocharov's colleague and performer Lyubov Shepilova spoke about his illness and the trials he endured.
“My father also suffered a similar spinal injury, after which he only lived 10 days. I was only 5 years old at that time. Volodya said that the doctor performed the surgery just because of his training. Volodya was very angry with this man,” shared she spoke to VOICE.
Shepilova maintained contact with Bocharov for many years.
“When we met, I held his hand and asked him if it hurt too much. I am a doctor. He answered me: “Lyuba, you don't believe it, the pain is so much that I can't stand it. I'm tired,” Lyubov said.
The musician passed away yesterday, February 18. The death of the hitmaker was announced by Irina Krug, widow of Mikhail Krug, who became famous thanks to Vladimir's songs.
