Actor Marat Basharov said he was diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm. This is what he is talking about stated in the program “The Stars Aligned” on NTV.

According to Basharov, for a long time he did not understand the cause of his health and once lost consciousness while driving.
“I was driving with my wife and passed out on the spot. At low speed, I hit a car in front,” he said.
This was followed by a series of different studies on the actor's body, but they revealed nothing. And only after an echocardiogram and the insertion of a sheath tube did it become clear that Basharov had an aneurysm of the upper part of the cardiac aorta.
Basharov noted that the doctor made a connection between the disease and his past hockey activities.
“She said that hockey players often have superior aortic dilatation, which is caused by sudden loading. That is, you sit on the bench for two minutes, then you jump out onto the field and for 30 seconds you are suddenly loaded,” he explained.
The actor emphasized that this disease cannot be cured but is not life-threatening.
