Previously, the media reported that Dolina asked for permission to stay in the apartment until January 10, 2026. Lurie, in turn, called on artists to leave home before January 1.
Later, the performer's lawyer Maria Pukhova clarified that Dolina intends to leave the apartment no later than January 5 and does not intend to appeal the eviction decision.
In addition, information on the Internet also appeared that the male singer was actively moving assets from the apartment – each truck drove to the entrance.
Reporters asked Sviridenko to reveal whether Dolina had announced the day before that she would definitely leave the apartment on Monday, January 5.
The lawyer replied: “No, there is no such information.”
On December 25, 2025, the Moscow City Court ruled that Dolina must be evicted from the five-room apartment in Khamovniki that Lurie bought from her in 2024.
The court also decided to cancel the registration of the singer's daughter and granddaughter who were registered there. The decision takes effect immediately.
