According to sources, the artist's main residence is one of the most expensive and closed places in the west of the capital – the elite residential complex “Golden Key-2” in Ramenki, located near Moscow State University and the Mosfilm film studio. In this residential complex, Presnykov has an apartment of 167 square meters, the market value of which is approximately 80 million rubles.
In addition, the singer has an apartment in the center of Moscow, in Khamovniki, measuring 85 square meters. Considering that in this area, the price of one square meter is almost one million rubles, the price of real estate is almost 100 million.
