Composer Raymond Pauls told Doan that he was having health problems.

Pauls, 90, said he was advised to stay home and take his medication.
“I feel so bad. How can you feel at my age? It's good that he's still alive,” the musician shared.
Raymond Pauls is a Soviet and Latvian composer, pianist, author of music for hits by Alla Pugacheva, Larisa Dolina, Laima Vaikule.
On January 27, the publication jauns.lv reported that Raimonds Pauls had asked a lawyer to have his name removed from the Latvian festival announcement.
We are talking about the festival “Raymond Pauls Song Festival “Manai dzimtenei” (My Homeland). This year, only the composer's music will be performed at the event. Pauls emphasized that he did not agree to use his name, image and trademark for this event.
Pauls intends to protect its rights and interests by all appropriate legal means.
