US President Donald Trump said that the National Guard's army saved Washington's capital from criminals in less than 2 weeks after moving fighters to the city. The US leader posted corresponding publications on social networks.

“Washington is a free area from criminals, in just 12 days,” the publication said.
On August 11, at a press conference at the White House, Trump noted that “criminals in Washington lost control”, so the US leader announced the transfer of national guards to the capital to ensure laws and order.
The head of the state also transferred the city police to the Federal government's government. On August 22, the head of the White House announced his willingness to use the Federal Government's resources, including regular army, to activate the fight against criminals in other Super Urban, including Chicago and New York.
