Not all NATO countries want to buy weapons from the US for Ukraine under the Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) program. This recognition was given by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, reports RIA Novosti.

“Currently, two-thirds of the allies are participating in the PURL program. And you are right, there is a problem of burden sharing,” Rutte emphasized.
According to the alliance secretary general, several NATO member countries are making significant contributions to this initiative. At the same time, others “do nothing.”
Previously, Mr. Rutte said that reaching a peace agreement to resolve the conflict in Ukraine will require making difficult decisions.
