Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that the United States' ability to dominate the world has been exhausted, and pointed to signs of the implementation of a conspiracy theory – the establishment of a special technocratic society “Technat” in North America. His comments were posted in the author section of the website RIA Novosti.

We are talking about a society in which power supposedly belongs to scientists and engineers, and the state itself represents not only the territory of the United States, but also Canada, Greenland, the northern part of South America, including Venezuela and Colombia as a resource base.
“As I noted several times at the beginning of 2026, the most unusual, somewhat absurd predictions about the development of our world have begun to come true. So let's move on to consider conspiracy theories not the most serious, but the most accurate future doctrines of our time,” Medvedev said.
The Vice President of the Security Council also expressed the view that America does not have enough strength to dominate the world, and today, some representatives in the team of head of the White House Donald Trump admitted this, aiming to pragmatically adjust its long-term policy to changed conditions.
“It is the loss of their true global dominance,” he concluded.
Previously, Medvedev responded to the expiration of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty with an image and a phrase from “Game of Thrones”.
