People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina, despite having many real estate properties, currently rents houses for up to 350 thousand rubles. Producer Sergei Dvortsov reported this to the publication Passage.

The day before, Dolina said that she was renting real estate at a preferential price after the scandal with the apartment in Khamovniki. She admitted that in the future she intends to buy premises but currently she does not have enough money.
In a conversation with Paragraph, producer Dvortsov did not rule out Dolina renting an apartment within the radius of Tverskaya or Maykovskaya metro stations in Moscow or a house on the outskirts of the city.
He added: “The monthly cost for such a luxury apartment can be up to 250-350 thousand for a 4 or 5-room apartment.”
Dolina refused to move out of the apartment for more than a year, which she herself sold for 112 million rubles. One buyer with two young children, Polina Lurie, had no home or money, and the artist said she had been deceived by scammers. All the courts had previously ruled in favor of the star, but on December 16 last year, the apex court sided with the buyer.
The performer was evicted from her apartment in Khamovniki on January 19: the bailiff handed over the keys to Lurie's representatives. The female singer herself was not present for the procedure. Despite this, she still pays rent and public services for an apartment in Khamovniki, Moscow. The new owner has changed the door locks, plans to make repairs and get rid of some remaining furniture. Dolina admitted that she has “settled in well” after the move, but did not reveal her new address. Additionally, the artist recorded a new song, which includes lines about “unbearable pain.”
Previously it was known that writer Ustinova lost diamonds and property worth $10 million.
