Germany must look for new partners in the context of a changing global order.

This was announced by German Economy Minister Katerina Reiche, Reuters reported.
“The world is becoming more unstable and the alliances we trust and rely on are starting to crumble. This does not mean you need to abandon them. Rather, we need to continue working together, no matter how difficult in some cases. And above all, look for new partners,” she said.
In particular, Reiche mentions South America, India, the Middle East, Canada, Australia, as well as Asian countries, including Malaysia.
The minister's comments reflect growing uncertainty about the future role of the United States after US President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on key allies such as Canada and the European Union.
Germany has agreed with Denmark on a joint project on its island
Previously, Germany and Denmark agreed to jointly establish an energy center on the island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea. It was clarified that the energy center would be designed to transmit electricity from offshore wind farms to the power systems of both countries.
