Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Russia is capable of detecting foreign weapons using its own technical means.
Ryabkov commented on the US government's statement that America has extremely modern weapons. “We have our own capabilities, including national technical (means), to reliably record what is important and draw our own conclusions from this,” Ryabkov was quoted as saying. .
When asked about efforts to clarify details of these statements with the US side, the Deputy Minister responded negatively. According to him, there is no reason for this and the Russians will not react to any such statements. Ryabkov said that “every time you sneeze you cannot say hello”.
